The resort has 12 choices of dining outlets and convention and banquet facilities are also available for groups of 20 to 400 persons. In addition to the many water sports activities available, you can enjoy horseback riding or take an unforgettable glass bottom boat ride to view the outlying reefs. - Payment made are non-refundable in part or in full, non transferable, non endorsable
- Packages are applicable to Singaporean, Permanent Residents in Singapore, and ASEAN nationals only.
- Maximum occupants per room: 3 adults, or 2 adults + 2 children (age 2-11)
- Infant (below 24 months) free of charge without coach / ferry seat
- Triple sharing is based on Twin room + one extra bed for the 3rd adult, or child with bed, not applicable for Superior Room.
- Compulsory Fuel surcharge of S$3 per person is required upon issuance of coach voucher
- Peak Season coach surcharge of S$10 per person is applicable for departure on Thursday, Friday, return journey falls on Sundays, and School Holidays Period (9-18 Mar, 25 May - 24 Jun 2007) all dates inclusive
- Super Peak Season coach surcharge of S$20 per person is applicable for stay on Eve and Public Holidays Period (5-6 April, 30 April - 1 May, 30-31 May 2007)
- Berjaya Hotels & Resorts will not be held liable for any transportation changes resulting in rescheduling, cancellation or delay
- The management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice

- The prices on Apple Holidays web site is valid for internet booking only
- Please make your bookings early as flight seat space and accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking
- Please make your booking 3 days before departure
- All bookings are subject to availability of flight and accommodation and are not immediately confirmed
- Cancellation
- Charge may be imposed for any no-show, cancellation or reduction in room nights or number of rooms depending on booking policies.
- Please ensure you receive our written confirmation of any booking you cancel, otherwise a no show charge may be imposed.
- Cancellation fee will apply in relation to each hotel booked during peak season. In the event that the hotel / apartment should charge a cancellation fee of more than one night, this charge shall become payable by you. This will be notified prior to your acceptance of the terms.

- Customer are requested to kindly checked directly with the country embassies concerned to ensure fully Entry Visa(s) Compliance.
