CONDITIONS OF SALES:

• Package rates valid until 31st Dec 2007
• To add a additional Tour & lunch, please +S$14 per adult, and +S$12 per child
  If passengers want the tour to be on second day instead of first day, please add aditional S$5 per person.
• Package rate excludes fuel cost surcharge S$5, singpaore to Batam departure fee S$5, Batam to singapore departure fee S$3
• Breakfast included per suite: 2 breakfast for every one bedroom suite, 4 for every two bedroom suite
• Child Rates apply to children age 2-11 sharing room with two paying adults,
  Infant Rate (below 24 months) is S$16
• Compulsory Dinner applicable on eve of public holidays and holidays at S$40 per person on 17 Feb, 18 Feb '07
• Complusory Gala Dinner applicable based on the price stipulated by the Resort on 24 - 25 Dec and 31 Dec
• Complusory minimium stay of 2 nights applicable on 24 -25 Dec and 31 Dec
• Please provide passport details for your booking.
• After confirmation, any amendmen or cancellation will be charged a S$30 administration fee.
• Please check in at Singapore Harbour Front Centre (formerly World Trade Centre) Penguin Ferry Office #02-22 at least one hour before departure time.
• Please proceed for immigration clearance at least 15 minutes before departure and make sure you board the right ferry.

• The prices on Apple Holidays web site is valid for internet booking only
• Please make your bookings early as flight seat space and accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking
• Please make your booking 3 days before departure
• All bookings are subject to availability of flight and accommodation and are not immediately confirmed
• Cancellation
  - Charge may be imposed for any no-show, cancellation or reduction in room nights or number of rooms depending on booking policies.
  - Please ensure you receive our written confirmation of any booking you cancel, otherwise a no show charge may be imposed.
  - Cancellation fee will apply in relation to each hotel booked during peak season. In the event that the hotel / apartment should charge a cancellation fee of more than one night, this charge shall become payable by you. This will be notified prior to your acceptance of the terms.
