  • Package rate excludes fuel cost surcharge S$5, singapore to Batam departure fee S$5, Batam to singapore departure fee S$3, Infants (below 3 years old) subject to S$8 Seaport Tax.
  • Package not availble on Chinese New Year ~ Feb 17 to 20 (both dates inclusive)
  • School Holiday Surcharge (Nov 17 to Dec 18) +S$15 per room per night
  • Public Holiday Surcharge (Oct 12,13 and Nov 8, 9, 10 ) +S$20 per room per night
  • Child Rates apply to children age 3-11 sharing room with two paying adults
  • After confirmation, any amendment or cancellation will be charged a S$30 administration fee.
  • Please check in at Singapore Harbour Front Centre (formerly World Trade Centre) Ferry Office at least one hour before departure time.

  • Please make your bookings early as flight seat space and accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking
  • Please make your booking 3 days before departure
  • All bookings are subject to availability of flight and accommodation and are not immediately confirmed
  • Cancellation
    - Charge may be imposed for any no-show, cancellation or reduction in room nights or number of rooms depending on booking policies.
    - Please ensure you receive our written confirmation of any booking you cancel, otherwise a no show charge may be imposed.
    - Cancellation fee will apply in relation to each hotel booked during peak season. In the event that the hotel / apartment should charge a cancellation fee of more than one night, this charge shall become payable by you. This will be notified prior to your acceptance of the terms.
