CONDITIONS OF SALES:

• Package rates valid from 1st Jan to 30th June 2007
• Package rate excludes fuel cost surcharge S$5, singapore to Batam departure fee S$5, Batam to singapore departure fee S$3, Infants (below 3 years old) subject to S$8 Seaport Tax.
• Package not availble on Chinese New Year ~ Feb 17 - 20 (both dates inclusive).
• School Holiday Surcharge (from March 10 - 17 and May 26 - June 23) +S$10 per room per night
• Public Holiday Surcharge (Jan 1, 2 and April 6, 7 and May 1, 31) +S$15 per room per night
• After confirmation, any amendment or cancellation will be charged a S$30 administration fee.
• Please check in at Singapore Harbour Front Centre (formerly World Trade Centre) Ferry Office at least one hour before departure time.
• Please proceed for immigration clearance at least 15 minutes before departure and make sure you board the right ferry.

• The prices on Apple Holidays web site is valid for internet booking only
• Please make your bookings early as flight seat space and accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking
• Please make your booking 3 days before departure
• All bookings are subject to availability of flight and accommodation and are not immediately confirmed
• Cancellation
  - Charge may be imposed for any no-show, cancellation or reduction in room nights or number of rooms depending on booking policies.
  - Please ensure you receive our written confirmation of any booking you cancel, otherwise a no show charge may be imposed.
  - Cancellation fee will apply in relation to each hotel booked during peak season. In the event that the hotel / apartment should charge a cancellation fee of more than one night, this charge shall become payable by you. This will be notified prior to your acceptance of the terms.

ENTRY VISA(S) AND TRANSIT VISA(S) REQUIREMENT

• All passport must have at least six months validity before travel
• Customer are requested to kindly checked directly with the country embassies concerned to ensure fully Entry Visa(s) Compliance
• Customer have to undertake entire responsibility to ensure that they have meet fully with a Entry Visa(s) requirements of the countries or destinations that they are traveling to
