CONDITIONS OF SALES:

• Package rates valid for booking until 30 Dec 06
• Note : A surcharge of S$65nett per room/night will be levied for passengers staying at The Empire Hotel & Country Club between 31DEC'06 - 01JAN'07
• Above package excludes all relevant taxes and surcharges
• Minimum 2 adult passengers and must travel together in both directions
• Reservations (flights+land) must be made with RBA at least 3 working days before departure
• Tickets must be issued by BI office only
• Tickets valid for 14days, any extension must be pre-arranged before departure
• A non-refundable deposit of SGD100 must be paid to SINBI by 1500hrs next working day once land arrangements are confirmed
• No open-dated allowed. All sectors must be confirmed before ticketing
• Once ticketed, travel is valid on flight dates shown on ticket.
• Cancellation charges apply for both GTH and ticket
• Not valid on code-share flights. No Royal Skies mileage accrual
• No partial refund once journey commence
• This applies for all bookings, either via telephone or email

• The prices on Apple Holidays web site is valid for internet booking only
• Please make your bookings early as flight seat space and accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking
• Please make your booking at least 3 working days before departure
• All bookings are subject to availability of flight and accommodation and are not immediately confirmed
• Cancellation
  - Charge may be imposed for any no-show, cancellation or reduction in room nights or number of rooms depending on booking policys.
  - Please ensure you receive our written confirmation of any booking you cancel, otherwise a no show charge may be imposed.
  - Cacellation fee will apply in relation to each hotel booked during peak season. In the event that the hotel / apartment should charge a cancellation fee of more than one night, this charge shall become payable by you. This will be notified prior to your acceptance of the terms.

ENTRY VISA(S) AND TRANSIT VISA(S) REQUIREMENT

• All passports must have at least six month validity during the entire traveling period
• Customer are requested to kindly checked directly with the country embassies concerned to ensure fully Entry Visa(s) Compliance.
• Customer have to undertake entire responsibility to ensure that they have meet fully with a Entry Visa(s) requirements of the countries or destinations that they are traveling to.
