Day	Itinerary
Day 1	Singapore - Sydney
Day 2	Sydney - Hunter Valley (205km / 2hrs 15mins) Travel north to the beautiful Central Coast of New South Wales. Pass through Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. Highlights includes Somersby Falls, rainforest tracks. From the Central Coast it's a short drive to the Hunter Valley. Allow a full day for exploring the wineries. In The Hunter, you can go Wine & Cheese Tasting and pick up a "diploma" in wine etiquette & cellaring, head for a Vineyards Tour on a Horse & Carriage Ride, soar aloft in a Hot Air Balloon and see the wine country unfold; or simply indulge in fine dining in the wine country unfold; or simply indulge in fine dining in the various award winning Australian restaurants here.  Overnight: Hunter Resort Country Estate, Hunter Room (room only) [Please refer below for bonus offer]
Day 3	Hunter Valley - Port Stephens (150km / 1hr 30mins) Drive to the town of Maitland, then on to Morpeth. Take a good walk around the town to uncover the wonderful collection of arts, antiques and crafts boutiques. Drive to Port Stephens (117km / 1hr 10min.) Port Stephens is the dolphin capital of Australia. Loads of activities are  available here! You can opt for a 4WD Sand Dune Tour, experience the thrill of sand boarding down giant sand dunes, hop onto a dolphin watch cruise, go golfing or try the Toboggan Hill Park ride! Or you may want to rent a yacht and go fishing! Day 5	Port Stephens - Sydney (230km / 2hrs 20mins) To head back to Sydney via Gosford (139km / 1hr 25min) and visit Old Sydney Town with its authentic recreation of the city in 1988, try pelican feeding - 3pm everyday at The Entrance. • Cancellation
