CONDITIONS OF SALES:

• Package is valid from until 30 Sep 06
• Return journey must be completed by 30 Sep 06
• No stopover in Japan is allowed.
• Prices are subject to changes
• Triple sharing Rate is based on three people sharing existing two beds in a room.
• Once the hotel is confirmed, any amendment will carry a S$40 charge per hotel per change ( regardless of number of nights or passengers )
• There is no refund for unutilized services.
• Peak Season in Vancouver from 01 May - 30 Sep 2006
• Other hotel terms and conditions apply
• Airfare booking Class: "M", GV2 - Minimum 2 passengers to travel together outbound / inbound
• Minimum :  05 Nights , Maximum : 60 days 
• Hotel Accommodation
  All hotel accommodations are on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room. A maximum of 3 persons (adult or child) is allowed to accommodate into 1 room . A family of 2 adults and 2 children (below 12 years) in 1 room are strictly subject to availability & on request only (as some hotels do not allow 4 passengers in 1 room). It is necessary to provide child's age at the time of booking.
  Triple sharing is based on three persons sharing on existing two beds in a room. A third (rollaway) bed is available at an additional cost payable directly to the hotel. Consecutive stay is required for all hotel categories.
• Request For Extension Of Stay / Return Flight
  An extension of stay at the end of tour is permitted, subjected to the maximum validity & air ticket restrictions (applicable to booking with airfare included as part of the tour fare)
  Ticket Validity for USA / Canada Air & Hotel Package is Minimum 05 Nights and Maximum 60 days 
  Any additional charge imposed by the airlines or operators will be borne by tour member. Flight & accommodation reservations during your extended stay should be made prior to the booking of the tour. Extensions are at passenger own expense and transfers will not be provided. All extension nights have to be pre - booked and pre - paid before departure
• Tokyo / Osaka Air & Hotel Package require a minimum number of 02 adult participant to operate. 
• Deposit & Payment
  The following deposit payment is required upon booking. Please note that payment of deposit does not constitute confirmation of tour. Full - payment inclusive of all taxes are required and paid not later than 14 days prior departure after confirmation or at the time of booking if booking is made within 03 days of tour departure date. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation & forfeiture of your deposit .
  Booking must be accompanied by deposit:
  USA / Canada Air & Hotel Package - S$600 per person is required
• Late Booking
  Booking made l ess than 15 working days prior to departure are considered late booking and customer must commit on No Holding basis to accept any available hotel or full cancellation charges applies
• Cancellation Policy
  Any late cancellation will result in administrative charges of S$100 per booking and the following cancellation fees may levied accordingly:
  - More than 15 days , forfeiture of deposit or 30% of total tour fare, whichever is higher
  - Between than 14 - 5 working days , 60% of total tour fare
  - On / Less than 4 days , 100% total tour fare
  Personal Travel Insurance is strongly recommended
  If cancellation is due to the rejection / non-approval of visa by the relevant authorities, a full refund of all monies paid will be made if the result of the rejection is made known at least 07 working days prior to tour departure. However, an administrative fees of S$75 per person will be imposed if there is no ticket issuance
  This is applicable for all parties in the same booking if in the event that the entire booking has to be cancelled due to only 1 person whose visa has not been granted & is unable to travel
• Administration / Amendment Fee
  An administrative fee of S$75 per person per amendment will be charged for any alteration in the tour package contents upon confirmation . All amendments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
  Partially used ticket has No Refund Value
• Unused Tour Arrangements
  No refunds or exchange will be made for any missed or unused ground services , hotel accommodations or meals when clients choose not to use the relevant services. Packages are offered as one rate and one inclusive packages
• Airport taxes, Airline Insurance taxes, and Fuel Surcharges are not included in the airfares displayed because they may subject to frequent revisions by airlines and also they may be subject to currency fluctuations. Taxes and fuel surcharges can only be finalised and confirmed at the point of ticket issuance
• Check in time at Singapore airport 2 hours / 3 hours prior to flight departure

GENEARL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The prices on Apple Holidays web site is valid for internet booking only
• Please make your bookings early as flight seat space and accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking
• Please make your booking at least 3 working days before departure unless otherwise noted
• All bookings are subject to availability of flight and accommodation and are not immediately confirmed
• Cancellation
  - Charge may be imposed for any no-show, cancellation or reduction in room nights or number of rooms depending on booking policys.
  - Please ensure you receive our written confirmation of any booking you cancel, otherwise a no show charge may be imposed.
  - Cacellation fee will apply in relation to each hotel booked during peak season. In the event that the hotel / apartment should charge a cancellation fee of more than one night, this charge shall become payable by you. This will be notified prior to your acceptance of the terms.
• This applies for all bookings, either via telephone or email

ENTRY VISA(S) AND TRANSIT VISA(S) REQUIREMENT

• All passports must have at least six month validity during the entire traveling period
• Customer are requested to kindly checked directly with the country embassies concerned to ensure fully Entry Visa(s) Compliance.
• Customer have to undertake entire responsibility to ensure that they have meet fully with a Entry Visa(s) requirements of the countries or destinations that they are traveling to.
