CONDITIONS OF SALES:

• Package rates valid until March 2007
• Booking Class: "W" class for International Sectors / "Y" class for Domestic Sectors 
• GV2 - Minimum 02 passengers to travel together outbound / inbound
• Infant Fare: Infant fare based on system fare
• Booking: All booking request must done at least 05 working days prior departure
• Surcharge: Passengers departing on Friday and Saturday subject to surcharge of S$50 per adult & per child
• Ticket Issuance: Ticket will be issued immediately after confirmation of hotel reservation
• Deviation: Deviation permitted within Japan. Domestic less 50% per sector
• Open Jaw:  Tokyo or Osaka, surcharge of S$100 per passenger. Domestic flight between Tokyo to Osaka ( vice versa ) NOT inclusive
• Extension of Stay: All extension stay subject to flight and hotel accommodation (if required) confirmation
• Amendment Fee: An administrative fee of S$100 will be charged for any amendment after document are processed, and  S$75 after reservations have been acted upon
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that passengers purchase a Personal Travel Insurance policy prior to their commencement of travel
• Visa Requirement: All non-Singapore passport must have valid visa (if required) prior to booking of tour
• All bookings will only be processed with the duly signed 'Terms & Conditions' forms attached
• Airport taxes, Airline Insurance taxes, and fuel surcharges are not included in the airfares displayed because they may be subject to frequent revisions by airlines and also they may be subject to currency fluctuations. Taxes and fuel surcharges can only be finalised and confirmed at the point of ticket issuance.
• Check in time at Singapore airport 2 hours / 3 hours prior to flight departure
• This applies for all bookings, either via telephone or email

• The prices on Apple Holidays web site is valid for internet booking only
• Please make your bookings early as flight seat space and accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking
• Please make your booking at least 3 working days before departure
• All bookings are subject to availability of flight and accommodation and are not immediately confirmed
• Cancellation
  - Charge may be imposed for any no-show, cancellation or reduction in room nights or number of rooms depending on booking policys.
  - Please ensure you receive our written confirmation of any booking you cancel, otherwise a no show charge may be imposed.
  - Cacellation fee will apply in relation to each hotel booked during peak season. In the event that the hotel / apartment should charge a cancellation fee of more than one night, this charge shall become payable by you. This will be notified prior to your acceptance of the terms.

ENTRY VISA(S) AND TRANSIT VISA(S) REQUIREMENT

• All passports must have at least six month validity during the entire traveling period
• Customer are requested to kindly checked directly with the country embassies concerned to ensure fully Entry Visa(s) Compliance.
• Customer have to undertake entire responsibility to ensure that they have meet fully with a Entry Visa(s) requirements of the countries or destinations that they are traveling to.
