A four-seater buggy is provided at each villa for easy mobility around our sprawling resort. 57 resort villas are available for both holiday stays and ownership. Designed to complement the surrounding landscape, three different villa types - Angsoka, Buganvil and Cempaka - are available to suit groups of varying sizes. • Low Season : 29th Jan - 22nd Dec 2007 (Excluding Peak Season)
• Peak Season: 16th -19th Feb, 5th-7th Apr, 27th-30th Apr, 30th May - 2nd Jun, 8th-11th Aug, 12th-13th Oct, 7th-10th Nov, 19th-21th Dec 2007

• Cancellation Charges:
  Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival date will be charged 100% of the package price
• Full charge applicable for 'no show'

• Ferry ticket exclude Security tax S$2.20, and fuel cost adjustment levy S$5
  Peak ferry surcharge of S$11 per adult, and S$10 Child will be charged on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Eve of and Public Holidays departures to and from Singapore
• S$2 Indo Departure Tax per person will be applicable and payable at Hotel when they reconfirm their Bin-Sin Ferry seats

FERRY INFORMATIONS:

• All timings shown are based on local time. Bintan time is 1 hour behind Singapore time.
• 1830hrs(Bin-Sin) ferry will not be available on Sunday if Monday is a holiday.
• Additional trips may be scheduled for peak holiday season.
  Enquiry may be made at any of the Bintan Resorts Ferries offices for the latest ferry schedule.

• Check-In Time:
  Passengers are advised to check-in and collect boarding passes Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal Ticketing Counter 5 at least 1 hour before departure time. Bintan Resort Ferries reserves the right to cancel booking if boarding pass is not collected 30 minutes before departure.
  For departure from Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal (Bintan Resort), passengers are required to re-confirm their return trip and collect boarding passes at least 2 hours before departure. Bintan Resort Ferries reserves the right to cancel confirmed bookings if passengers check-in later than 45 minutes from departure.

• The prices on Apple Holidays web site is valid for internet booking only
• Please make your bookings early as flight seat space and accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking
• Please make your booking 3 days before departure
• All bookings are subject to availability of flight and accommodation and are not immediately confirmed
• Cancellation
  - Charge may be imposed for any no-show, cancellation or reduction in room nights or number of rooms depending on booking policys.
  - Please ensure you receive our written confirmation of any booking you cancel, otherwise a no show charge may be imposed.
  - Cacellation fee will apply in relation to each hotel booked during peak season. In the event that the hotel / apartment should charge a cancellation fee of more than one night, this charge shall become payable by you. This will be notified prior to your acceptance of the terms.

ENTRY VISA(S) AND TRANSIT VISA(S) REQUIREMENT

• All passports must have at least six month validity during the entire traveling period
• Customer are requested to kindly checked directly with the country embassies concerned to ensure fully Entry Visa(s) Compliance.
• Customer have to undertake entire responsibility to ensure that they have meet fully with a Entry Visa(s) requirements of the countries or destinations that they are traveling to.
